Zrt. is the abbreviation for a public limited company that is not traded on the stock exchange in Hungary.
The shares are offered in packages of 40 shares for € 120.
This offer is valid until the Zrt. is founded. We intend to found the Zrt. with 20,000 € to 40,000 €.
30 shares for the buyer
10 shares for Zrt. - e.g. a year-end closing currently costs us 200 shares and the last video was paid for with 70% in cash and 30% in shares

Zrt. is a non-listed joint stock company in Hungary, which can be converted into a listed joint stock company, as mentioned in the Articles of Association §2 (5).

If the foundation is not successful by May 1, 2026, the money can be requested to be transferred back.
Following the foundation, €400,000 to €800,000 will be sought for the construction of the prototype.
